Claim rejected because my car is behind with milleage but reached 12 months.

Claim rejected. Reason I was supposed to disclose how many months I will need before submitting claim. I did explain the state of my car before taking a plan. My last service was in 16 July 2020 for major service with another service provider (Nissan). Was supposed to be 90 000km but 12 months came first. Now I am at 98200km Auto Guard rejected my claim. I regret for not checking this company on Hellopeter before taking their product.
