Car Service Claim Repudiated Despite the policy being active

My car service claim was repudiated despite having an active policy. I ended up paying from my own despite having a policy. I believe the company is not accredited with insurance board, and also they are no underwriters to report the company. I have escalated the matter to my legal to intervene.
