Bad service, lack of customer care

I requested that my booking be today that was done but a confused angry person tells me that its a minor service not major service that was to be done today, when I tell him that I first began with minor, he now says that his supervisor is on a phone when I call again they are not picking up, so dissapointed and o will be cancelling soon. I regret joining this company
