Autoguard SA the worst service plan

Autoguard is definitely a ****. They try to find any excuse not to approve your service plan. I am currently in a 2 week fight with Autoguard to approve my second service. They do not stick to their terms and conditions. It's all a load of bull. If you are considering Autoguard, I ask you to reconsider, they may sound cheap and make it sound like it's everything you want in a service plan but trust me, they will take your money and you will not get the service you need when needed. Rather pay a little extra and get your service plan satisfaction that you pay for. Autoguard will only take your money and give you nothing back in return. I personally think that they should be closed down because they are useless or just *****ing people.
