Auto Guard SA (Pty)Ltd - Ripping customes off and false advertising

After taking out a policy in January 2020 with them and all the debit orders going off which they never seem to ever miss our service came up in August and we were told its not covered as its not part of the minor service.

After endless emails to the Call Centre who seem to be the only people on lock down or so they think again we were told they would not cover the service. Apparently brake fluid service does not fall within their cover.

Also told by the Call Centre Agent by the name of: Silva that it does not make sense for them to call a customer back and its a waste of time. This is what we were told directly by him on a recorded call with him. His attitude after we called was what did you get from me calling back.

This is over and above that after we cancelled the policy they want to dare charge us a cancellation fee. They even then say they provided us with an email stating they would cover the service which also never happened.
