Auto guard refuse to authorize a claim due to allegations that I took my car for a service in a February of which I did not last service was November

I am irritated by consultant at auto guard sa. They always work in silos. I claim for a service they want me as a customer to do their job. They promise and never deliver and very rude consultant I want my service plan approved because I cannot manage to go on like this. You run big business like you run a ****ashop. You promised me the below and I am still waiting Good day,

I write this to you in respond to your service claims, the earlier rejected claim and now recently received one. I have investigated why the previous claim was rejected and which and these are my findings:

Your July payment showed as unpaid on our system Your claim came in during the 3 month waiting period

Upon checking with the debit order service provider, they debit for July was however received and that was an error from our side in using that as a reason for non-authorization. I sincerely apologize about this and will be rectified. The three months waiting period still stands though in regards to that claim so that would have hindered the authorization of the claim.

Proposed remedy

Auto Guard SA will authorize your major service as duly owed to you. A new plan with the amended intervals will be drafted and sent to you as your service interval will change but service history still be intact. A new plan needs to be drafted for you though, as we have noted that you travel more than 15 000km per annum as you stated otherwise when signing up for the service plan. The new plan will enable you to have 2 services per annun, instead of 1 as per current plan. So the new plan will have 5 services over the duration of your existing plan with us.

We unfortunately can authorize the service fully once this new plan is accepted and signed. So, may we draft this and present to you?

I am not honestly happy about the manner you conduct yourself on the telephone. Do not expect me as a customer to teach you telephone etiquette- you cannot call me then you drop the call into my ears while talking to you. You call me you accuse me of taking my car to the service and you become very rude. Why is auto guard not taking heed to such behavior? .
