*********, RUDE, ARROGANT AND ANNOYING

I have to complain about Auto Body Works (P.E) about the ********* behaviour and the way the owner, David Bernard Mandel, communicated with us using absurd vulgarity via telephone calls and emails. As for his staff, they are just like him, no respect and humanity in them. I feel sorry for their clients who have to deal with rude, arrogant and annoying people like them.
