I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Alpha Body Works for the outstanding service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. A special thank you goes to Mr. Sa****, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly stood out. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured that everything was handled efficiently. Bad service from Authorities Body Works Port Elizabeth
Poor service received from Auto Body Works I need a manager of this place to call me ASAP!!!!!! My car was booked for repairs on the 25 of May, I handed the car over in the morning, the estimated ETA for repairs was Friday the 5th of June, Friday came and I didn’t get the car, mind you I always have to text them to get answers which is annoying!!! The new date was now the 9th of June, I had to call to find out what is happening they said they will get back to me, a gentleman called me to tell me that the colour of my car is difficult to get it right, they are still working on it, and I will only get the car on Friday, what does that even mean!!! A repairer company that is approved by Suzuki and appointed by Auto & General to tell me that they are struggling to get the colour right and I will only get my car in Friday!!!! My car is not even a year old, it’s a brand new 2025 Suzuki fronx that I bought in July last year , I am afraid they will ruin it and you guys are going to pay I swear!!! I rate this place a minus 1, I need a manager to call me back and give me answers. You better ensure that the repairs are done properly and the colour matches the original colour.

Poor service received from Auto Body Works I need a manager of this place to call me ASAP!!!!!!
