Paid 11/2014 and still waiting for car to be fixed
My car was due to have r40,000 repairs and we paid Body Works upfront in November 2014 so that they could order the necessary parts. It is now 6th February 2015 and I am still waiting for my car to be completed! Every time I call I am promised to be called back which never happens. Yesterday after complaining that my car should have been ready ages ago I was told to come in and collect it only to find it with paint drip marks down the side and new body work unpainted! I would highly recommend that no one uses this company!

Unfortunately, as with all service related industries we sometimes do get it wrong.
However, we stand by our warrantee and will rectify or correct any oversight.
The client's vehicle was re-booked and all issues we sorted to the client's satisfaction.
