Bad service from Authorities Body Works Port Elizabeth

Poor service received from Auto Body Works

I need a manager of this place to call me ASAP!!!!!!

My car was booked for repairs on the 25 of May, I handed the car over in the morning, the estimated ETA for repairs was Friday the 5th of June, Friday came and I didn’t get the car, mind you I always have to text them to get answers which is annoying!!!

The new date was now the 9th of June, I had to call to find out what is happening they said they will get back to me, a gentleman called me to tell me that the colour of my car is difficult to get it right, they are still working on it, and I will only get the car on Friday, what does that even mean!!! A repairer company that is approved by Suzuki and appointed by Auto & General to tell me that they are struggling to get the colour right and I will only get my car in Friday!!!!

My car is not even a year old, it’s a brand new 2025 Suzuki fronx that I bought in July last year , I am afraid they will ruin it and you guys are going to pay I swear!!!

I rate this place a minus 1, I need a manager to call me back and give me answers.

You better ensure that the repairs are done properly and the colour matches the original colour.
