Auto body Works panel beater poor customer service

Actually this panel beater service deserves a negative star or half a star rating. They do not communicate the progress of repairs to you and when you come to pick up the vehicle only then you are told of there had been changes with the delivery date and did not bother to update you on time except when I have come to collect. My vehicle has been with them for a period of close to two months now for repairs but no progress whatsoever on repairs.
