Worst Service, avoid them.

The service is extremely poor, their speed point did not work, and they took several days to come out and help. Their customer care does not exist if you phone. And the online help center also could not help. After a few attempts of them not being able to fix their own speed point or replaced as requested, we cancelled the contract.

We lost a lot of income because of the speed point that did not work. Adumo refused to credit us for the days that the speed point did not work. We cancelled the contract with effect the 7th of December, and we have been informed that the debit order still has to go off until end of Feb, although the machines were collected the 1st week of January. This is the WORST service DO NOT USE THEM!
