Heroes! Exceptional service from Outsurance, Aura, and ADT
A massive thank you to Outsurance, Aura, and ADT for coming to our rescue! Late on a Sunday night, our e-hailed cab was stranded on the N1 with a punctured tyre, and no other e-hailing service would pick us up. Thankfully, my Outsurance building insurance includes two free panic assists a year. I used the benefit, and Outsurance immediately contacted Aura, who dispatched ADT to keep us safe. I want to give a very special shout-out to ADT responder Eric Makhwiliri—an absolute hero. While company policy prevented him from giving us a lift, he went completely above and beyond. He secured his manager's permission and personally drove to three different garages until he found someone who could help repair the tyre. This isn't the first time Outsurance and Aura have saved us in a crisis. You are all amazing. Thank you for the exceptional service! Thank you for being there when we need you most!
