Disgusting behavior from a Doctor disrespectful and rude

I recently visited the Augustines surgery . I paid R150 before the consultation and was asked to use a mask .When I entered the doctor's room .The doctor paid no attention to me and was looking at his laptop asked me what's my name how can we help . No greeting I explained my problem he asked if I wanted medication I responded no as I had antibiotics at home . He then rep**** rudely or so you don't need us at the time Doctor Govender was attending to me . He then wrote a note for one day. The doctor did not wake up from his seat and did not examine me I was attended to in less than 30 seconds. This service means the doctor showed no care and sincerity towards me and that's a lack of respect for me and the his job . Pathetic and disgusting experience received from doctor Govender who replaced doctor Augistine .
