No customer service at all

The worst company ever, no contacts or person to speak to if we have problems with our adsl line. They owe us a refund of R300 since the first month of deduction. We constantly have problems with our 5meg line its more of then on and we are currently running our business from home and have trouble doing so if we do not have a stable internet provider
