Waste of time.

Second purchase with Audico. My first review is below, which was positive. The second experience is poor. Like another Audico reviewer here, I have been waiting for a refund for almost two weeks. I only requested a refund as my order had no movement for a week from payment, despite the website claiming that it does DAILY deliveries to JNB, PTA and Durban. I was told that the website crashed during Black Friday. I have been phoning Audico daily, sending emails (most of which go unanswered, especially from the director of all people). A waste of my time. Will not be using them again.
