Order paid but not received

I placed an order for 2 x Sennheiser Headsets on 17 November 2022. The order number is #24186 and payment went through when the order was placed.

I have not received the delivery and do not have the option for a refund, only a "return". I haven't received anything to return. Their contact details are difficult to find and they do not respond to their emails.
