Order not sent but paid for

I placed an order for speaker cables on 24 April. The order number is #23378 and was paid when placed. It has not been delivered as promised. They don't answer their phone and have not responded to my messages sent vie their site.

Thank you for your review Kevin, we did explain we had to order a new cable reel as there was not enough on the reel in stock sir. This has been resolved and shipped : )
