Dishonest “Seller”.

I order a pair of headphones from this company and has to pay upfront. They don’t accept credit cards and only accept EFT payments. I received an email to tell me the payment had been received and the order had been processed. I never heard from them again. When I called them, I was told I would have the courier tracking number within 10 minutes. That never happened. When I called on the following Monday, I was told they do not have the product they were offering for sale. Lucky told me to send an email for the refund. I have never heard from them again and I have not received the promised refund. Beware. They are not what they profess to be and don’t have the products they offer for sale.
