Best service and people around - Thanks AUDICO!

I will start off by saying that I am a fussy customer. So, what if I wanted to purchase a new receiver and speakers online? Where should I go? Who can I trust? Who has knowledge of the products they sell? Who has the most competitive prices? The short and best answer is - Audico! I will try to keep this short. After ordering a receiver on 20 April I knew that the lockdown would influence the date of delivery. I did not mind that as I got the receiver at a brilliant price. My order was placed and within 5 minutes I got a reply from Kenny to remind me about delayed delivery because of the lockdown. Nice touch. During the lockdown I changed my mind and wanted to purchase a different receiver. One phone call to Wade and it was sorted with no hassle. Typical for me, I changed my mind again! Again Wade and Kenny accommodated my request with no issues. I even got an email from from Kenny at 05:54 in the morning confirming the order of my receiver has been processed! With level 4 lockdown announced my receiver arrived quickly and on time. The courier company used by Audico is brilliant. So, receiver received and working sterlingly. Now - The speakers. Originally I ordered a pair of Monitor Audio Bronze 2 speakers when I saw it on a great special with Audico. This was after 7 at night. Within minutes of placing my order Kenny sent me an email to inform me that the speakers were sold out and that they were busy removing the advert from the website. No problem. Just glad Kenny informed me so quickly. I then ordered a pair of Jamo S803's in white. This was in the morning. Wade personally called me to let me know that the white speakers were available but that he had to source them from a different branch and hence I would have to wait a little while longer. Me being quite an impatient person, asked Wade about other speakers avaialble in the same spec and priceclass. Wade proceeded to run through the information of a few pairs of speakers, giving me all the information I needed. This he did all in his own time late on a Friday. I decided on a pair of Dali Spektor 2's although it was a little above my initial budget. Wade sourced the speakers and to my absolute surprise he agreed to supply it to me at the special price. I know this is not normal practice but Wade did it! The speakers were on order and were delivered in record time, at my home by a very professional person. Audico is always available. The message service on the website works extremely well. Wade and Kenny does a fantastic job on all levels. They are the backbone of the Johannesburg branch of Audico. I am very fortunate to have been supported, helped and understood by two of the most professional sales consultants I have ever come across. A big thank you to both of these gentleman. You are an asset to Audico and Audico is leaders in the online audio sales field. I will ALWAYS support Audico as the prices and service rates at the top of the pile. THANK YOU AUDICO!
