Audico struggling to make things work during lockdown.

I ordered a Klipsch The One from Audico a month or more ago. Obviously they couldn’t deliver initially, due to tho lockdown. As soon as they could, (before actually, due to a loophole in the e-commerce regulations - good for you for finding that loophole, Audico) they delivered but it was the item without the internal battery that I’d ordered. There followed a bit of a protracted effort for them to find the required battery version of my Klipsch. To be fair I was in isolation for a period and all was put on hold. Anyway, some fun, human chats with Wade at Audico got my Klipsch to me today. Thanks guys, I know it was a task for you, but I’m happy with the outcome!
