Your vehicle will be damaged and no responsibility taken

<p>The vehicle went in for repair at Westrand Audi because after service it started making a noise like it wasn't before. While there the passenger seat was damaged (burnt) with something hot and the rim was scratched.</p> <p>After reporting this to Westrand and Head office Audi the only response received was that we did all that ourselves and we are responsible as clients. The answer to a check of a vehicle is done before it goes in, the checks aren't thorough therefore can't be re**** on, so what is the point of a check at all?!</p> <p>Audi is supposed to be one of top range car lines but the way they treat they clients it's as if you are a no body.</p>
