WORST VEHICLE EVER!!!

My fiancé bought me an Audi A1 last February. It had 40 000km on the clock and was still under warranty. The day after receiving the vehicle I had to drive down to Cape Town from Tzaneen for a new job. Just after Johannesburg the oil light came on so I stopped at the nearest petrol station to have it looked at, to my surprise the petrol attendant said that the oil level was full and I did not need a top up. I then contacted Audi Assist who said they would send out a technician once I reached the hotel I was staying at in Bloemfontein. Two technicians from Audi Bloemfontein came to have a look at the vehicle, they then took it in and brought it back approximately 2 hours later and informed me that there is a faulty sensor that needs to be replaced and that it was safe for me to travel in. Upon arrival in Cape Town I booked the Audi in and reported the problem, I also asked the service department to contact the technicians that assisted me from Audi Bloemfontein to gather more information. I was then told the car was ready for collection. To my disgust it turned out NOTHING had been done to the vehicle, all Audi Cape Town did was reset the sensor as the light came on again a few hours later. I then had to rebook the Audi in and had to wait a few days for them to rectify the problem, and guess what!? Once again all they did was reset the sensor as the oil light came on again! I then was transferred back to Johannesburg for work and decided to take my Audi in to Audi Sandton as now not only was the oil light on but the vehicle sounded like a tractor every time I started it. As a woman that travels alone and far distances this made me worry. I then left my Audi with Audi Sandton for approxiamately 3-4 weeks and was informed that a new part needed to be ordered. During this time I had no loan vehicle and had to uber from home to work and back every day as they had no loan vehicle! We were not given any updates during this time and once we had received the vehicle we were given a courtesy call only about a month later to rate their service. I was happy that the vehicle no longer sounded like a tractor, yet the oil light was still on. I then took my car into Audi Polokwane and complained about all the above and how tiring it was having to take my vehicle in time after time and get it back with the same problem. They then serviced the vehicle and brought it back to me in Tzaneen and you won't believe it, the oil light was on and the car was filthy! I sent it back immediately. After a few more weeks they brought it back and I was now in no shock to see that the oil light was still on! I then needed to head abroad for 3 months and asked them to ONCE AGAIN to sort out the problem for once and for all as the car was about to exit its warranty. They had 3 months to fix it! I then collected the vehicle on Friday 17 November 2017. They told my fiancé that the cylinder head needed to be replaced and that the car was as good as new. As we headed out of Polokwane towards Tzaneen every single possible light came on, the car shuddered and broke down in the middle of the N1 in peak hour traffic!!! The car would not start and it was starting to get dark, living in one of the most dangerous countries I started to panic!! My fiancé called Audi Assist who said they cannot help us as the car was out of warranty unless we paid cash for towage. We then got hold of a manager at Audi Polokwane who collected my vehicle and gave us a loan car! It is now Tuesday and I have still not received an update on my vehicle or what the problem is. I feel as though my vehicle is a Dudd as it keeps on giving me problems and I have lost all my confidence in Audi as I am now terrified to have to drive the vehicle, out of warranty, as a woman alone on our dangerous roads! I am utterly disgusted in how each dealership decided to reset my sensor instead of fixing the problem!! This is the worst car I have ever driven and will make that known on every social media platform possible as people need to know how unreliable Audi is!!!!
