Worst vehicle buying experience of my life

I bought a vehicle in December 2016, They registered it on the wrongs persons name, and corrected it the same day. I asked the salesman if I will be able to renew my licence, and he said yes. After not giving me any paperwork or new licence disc. In February when the first rain came, I noticed my windscreen washer bottle leaking. Reported that to them, and after they tried to blame me, they agreed to fix it. Took it in, and when I fetched my car, my fender had small Bulges (as if it hit with a tool from inside the fender (Assuming when they repaired the bottle), also found oil scratches on my interior. They got that sorted (Thx to Gabby). after trying to get my cd shuttle sorted that also not working, and I will have to wait for this and that, I got so fed up, and said they should leave it. 2 weeks later my windscreen washer bootle started leaking again, only to find out they fixed it with a home made seal (Still leaking though)

December 2017 I wanted to renew my licence to find there was a block on my vehicle, phoned them, and they said they never took it for a roadworthy again. Took my vehicle in again the next day (2 days of work and losing salary) I arrived at Audi, and I had to take my vehicle in for roadworthy (I had to sit hour and half waiting at testing station, which Audi did pay for). Before that I told the salesman I will not be paying for renewal as I have lost 2 days salary now because of this. He said he will speak to the person doing their registrations, and will give me his nr then, I refused and said He will sort it as I am the customer and not dealing with that person as they hired him and not me

Waiting for the roadworthy, I just had enough, and went to the dealer principal, and told him everything, and he said they will sort it and pay for everything (of which there was also penalties included). Well glad to say John and Peter sorted the licence issue the same day.

Overall, I just wanted to inform people of my very very bad experience in buying a vehicle her. Will I buy there again ? NO. Will I service my vehicle there ? Hell NO ! Will much rather go to JHB... or somewhere else. Will I recommend anyone from buying there, thats up to you !
