Worst service from Audi center Richards bay

My car is forever breaking down and when I complain to Audi they say they cannot fix until it breaks for real and when it breaks for real they say it's factory fault and they never ever have a courtesy vehicle, their attitude towards their customers stink. My car had been there for 2 weeks now, the first week I just happened to drive past and I see it parked outside so they did not even start working on it and this week they say the car will be there another week and they still cannot give me a courtesy car audi is the worst car ever I am regretting why I ever bought it and the dealership Richards bay makes me regret buying it even more
