Worst service ever and will never buy an Audi agai

I have just had a worst service ever at this dealership, My 2013 Audi A4 with 74000 km on the clock lost power and reported it and it was towed to Menlyn. Following day around 11:30 am I made contact with them to find out what is wrong with my car and they were still busy with Job cards and it has been located to a service adviser by the name of Andelene and she did not know about my car and my call was sent to another person by the name of Jaco which was a 4th person if you count the receptionist. I also tried to get a loan car and they told me I should have organized it 3 weeks ago so all their car are allocated to those who ask for them 3 weeks ago.<br> <br> No one made contact with me to say when can I expect to get my car until I phoned again and I was told that the service advisor went home hence she has not called me and then the person I was speaking to told me they still looking for the damaged part they were going to replace. After they have fixed it I am still begging them to pick me up so that I can take my car it a mission. I phone and I phone oh the driver has not call you oh I will tell him again. Yho I will never, Mercedes please prepare me a new car I know your service.
