WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

My car was taken to Audi N1 on 26th of January, because of my clutch-kit that broke (while I was reversing out my driveway, already pathetic). They promised me I'll have my car by Friday, although they did not give me a courtesy car and I had to pay R2 000 for a rental. By Friday afternoon 15:00 I had to follow-up just to hear my car will only be ready by Monday. No contact from Audi, no customer service!!! Monday I phoned at 11 (again after hearing nothing from them), the response they will get back to me before 14:00 to confirm a time so that I can come and pick up my car. I had to phone them at 15:00, as yet again I didn't hear anything from them. Just to be told my car will only be ready the next day, yes a week later already... But before 13:00 Gerard PROMISES. I had to phone them at 13:30 and 20 times after that to try and find out when I can expect my car. Spoke with the dealer principal, his service was most probably the worst, as I requested he must phone me back, but he just left for the day. I still don't have my car after a week. I will never encourage someone to buy and Audi, it is the most pathetic service I have ever had in my life!!!!!!
