Worst service ever.

This must be the saddest thing i ever had to write about the brand that i love and respect so much. I've been taking my car to Audi Menlyn for service for sometime now. The service that i receive with no feedback or any updates on my car its horrific. I always have to call them for updates, they will NEVER call you. They give service like they are doing me a favour yet i'm paying them for my services. I'm writing this now its the 29/11/2017 time - 11:12. My car is still at Audi Menlyn and i tried to call them they don't care to get back to me. I don't know why but something needs to be done at that dealer. Audi Menlyn's service is making me think twice about their brand and to think that i adore Audi, this is sad. I prefer them because they are near to my workplace. Anyway i just want to put it out there Audi Menlyn service is ridiculous. No more!!
