worst service ever

<p>My A1 recently went to Audi Menlyn for a 90 000km service and repair on dsg box. After receiving it back the first time, i had wheel nut covers missing and gearbox not fixed. they odered new parts. i begged them to help with a borrow car. the service adviser promised i can have a car if i have my car there by 7am. once delivered @ 7am, the service adviser changed his story and i had to make another plan. you have to call the service adviser to find out what the status is of your car, they dont call you! they had my car for 4 days and still not fixed! what makes me bleak is that i specifically asked that the windscreen washers be readjusted, which should be standard on a service. AND NOT EVEN THAT IS DONE! Menlyn Audi will want me to move my brand! and i am the worlds biggest audi fan! VERY DISGUSTED! i miss Audi Centre Cresta! Which audi centre knows anything about DSG boxes?</p>
