Worst Service Ever

<p>I saw an Audi A1 advertised on cars.co.za, which I loved with a very good price and km. I contacted the sales repersentative (Raymond Leesmann). I am from Sasolburg , which is a long drive from Springs. I made a appointment with him to go through on Saturday morning (02/09/2016) to go look at the car. On Friday evening Raymond phoned my fiance and said if we are interrested in the audi we should make sure that we are there before 8 o clock, because there is a nother customer interested in the car and she will also come in on saturday.</p> <p>So we did drive through in the early hours to be there. I took the car for a drive and told him that I will for sure take it. Signed a OTP there and told him my finance is already handled, ( Have a personal banker), just need to sort out insurance. I told him that I will send him all the rest and necessary documents first thing monday morning. On Monday morning he contacted me to confirm he will only be available at the office from about 14:00, as he needs to take his friend to hospital. I got all the documents necessary in order and gave it through before 16:00.</p> <p>Thuesday morning my banker contacted him for the invoice to arrange the payment, and to confirm that he is happy with all the documents. (Everything was in order). At about 14:00 I recieved an e-mail confirming they sold the car with inhouse financing. They did not even hade the decensy to phone me , just a little e-mail .</p> <p>Sorry and I sympathise with you. All they say and told me its my fauld I took to long with the documents, what the hellllllllll. They tried to compromise by telling me they will pay back my petrol for all my trouble. Even that was two weeks ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never ever do any bussiness with them again. My biggest question is ........... how can they let two customers sign an OTP on the same car. And even so ........ I think it is supposed to be first come first serve.</p> <p>Not even the Manager (Nathan) was of any help.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for nothing</p>
