worst service

i recently bought an audi a1 2015 module in october and im still waiting for the licence disk up to this day.ive been to the branch a few times and each time i was promised that the disk will be delivered to me. as if that was not enough ive been hearing noises on my car,went for a booking, made the guys that were there aware of the noise and advised me to make a booking.i finally took the car in but to my surprise the noise was still there.according to them they did not hear it.went back there to tell them about it and one of the clerks suggested i go with one of the guys so that they can hear it as well.of which i did and i left the car with him. to my suprise nobody called me to give me feedback i eventually called and left my details requesting hein to call me back so that i can know whats going on.he never called me back and when i called him again few hours later that's when he tells me that my car was in the sun on the drive way the whole day and they will have to order the part and fill some paperwork.What annoys me is that none of this was communicated to me ,i requested that they bring my vehicle back of which they couldnt. i was told they will clean my car it came bck as
