Worst experience in my 8 years as an Audi owner of 4 vehicles.

I had an issue with the brakes on my Audi A3, its been going on since last year September, the car makes a loud metal to metal sound every-time i press on the brake. i took the car if on three different occasions and was advised that the disks and pads are within specs, they cannot change and they just cleaned the braking system. i then escalated this to Audi SA and they then referred me back to the Eastrand dealer, who then booked in the car( this was now the third time for the same issue) they then advised me that they cannot change the pads or disks as its within Specs, this is the same song that Audi SA has been singing as well. i Explained to all of them including the service manager, that my complaint is not that the disk or the pads are worn out, its that the car is making a huge sound when i apply brakes, I spent close to R500K on this car. if you read the product assurance on their website about their genuine brakes- its against everything i am complaining about. This is now my 4th Audi over the past 6-8 years, I am at a stage were i will never buy another Audi or recommend this to anyone. The service level and customer centricity is appalling. The service agent advised me that this is a national issue with the brake pad manufacture, ever since they removed asbestus from the production of brake pad. I explained him, that i currently have two Audi's and why would only one of them give me this issue if its a national problem. I went through the websites and searched for this so called fault and could not find anything online or any communication from Audi to me as their customer.
