Worst Experience - Buying From Audi Menlyn

We bought a new Audi from them and received the worst service ever. We waited at the dealership for 4 hours on the date of delivery.From 9h00 till 13h00. During this time none of the staff paid attention or seemed to care about our presence. I still had to drive to bloemfontein on the same day, which did not seem to bother them at all. The \hand over"of the Audi was unacceptable. I would have received better from a ***** second hand car sales man. When i asked for the manager I was told that there is no manager available. I requested that he should contact me. ( This only happened 3 days later.) Only after I enquired if he would still contact me. Then he acted as if he is only returning a call although aware of the complaint. <br> <br> I expected professional and exceptional service from Audi. Especially in Pretoria.
