Worst customer service i've ever experience

<p>The service I have been receiving is disgusting with regards to my vehicle. I have reported the same issue and noise on my car about 6-10 times to different Audi Dealships and replaced multiple items on my car with no resolution of the noise. I have now changed brake pads both front and rear, brake discs in the front, Caliper on the rear left wheel and still complaining about the same noise. I have taken my car to Audi Sandton, Boksburg and Bruma for the same issue. I have previously reported it to Audi customer care center as well.</p> <p>Now Audi Bruma would like me to change the Hand brake cable for the same noise.</p> <p>I have asked previously for an email stating that changing the caliper would resolve the issue of the noise and have this as evidence in an email. I will now have to again pay for another part to fix an issue which I have brought the car in for multiple times and think that your people really don’t know what they are doing and the service as a customer is disgusting and absolutely ****. I will be reporting this all over social media as I am now fedup of the way you treat your customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please pull up all my records from all the relevant dealerships and have a look for yourself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Below is the email I asked for as evidence:</p> <p>Good day Mr Dayal,</p> <p> </p> <p>Trust you are well,</p> <p> </p> <p>According to the workshops findings, they have test driven your vehicle to find that the left rear brake calliper is bindings and therefore requires replacing.
