Worse service experience at Audi by far

I brought a car for 210k service on 30/08/15, I authorised diesel filter and thermostat reoplacement as additional to the services to be carried out. To my suprised the bill escalated from R1130 - R7500 without any explanation to the increase.<br> <br> As if that was not enough , Audi assuered me that the full diagnosis was carried out and the car is in perfect condition, to my suprise 25km away from the delaer the car locked the steering an yellow flash popped out reads battery low. I incur the cost of accom and towing the car back to Audi more than three times times since from 31/08/15, as I speak the car is stucked at Audi McCarthy Middleburg for diagnosis. Overall cost I incur to date is more than 23k and the car is still not functioning. When calling Audi SA they advise me that there is nothing they can do about my experience as I should resolve it with Audi in Revonia whom at this stage also seem not caring w..r.t to the state of my car. <br> <br> All that I am asking from Audi is to pay my money back if the cant fix my car. I would like to put on record that i have had many incident of bad experience with Audi, however i gave them benefit, but clearly I shot myself on the fo.ot
