Will never drive an Audi again - DISGUSTED!!!

<p>Don't get me wrong I love my Audi but if we as paying customers must deal with their rude, lying condinsending staff then I would rather drive even a BMW not to ever deal with them again. On Monday the 10th of July I had the misfortune to deal with Andrew from Audi The Glen. I was trying to book my car in for a job according to them will only take half an hour. He said "sir I have booked you car in for 7 o' clock" which I responded can we make it later as I need to be somewhere at that time. His responce "I cant just take my technicians from what ever they are busy with for when you rock up here!!! I was shocked and said excuse me with him responding with the same sentance. I told him to cancel my bookking as I dont need to be dealing with people like him (short version).</p> <p> </p> <p>I then send a complaint to their headoffice complaints and got a call 2 days later from a Shanella who should not be dealing with customers at all and was very condinsending, so I again complained this time on Facebook. I got an imediate responce and honestly believed that Lynn will be able to assist as she was very understanding and sounded like the right person to be talking to. Boy was I suprised when she phoned me back the following day giving me a completely different version from the Glen dealership. I told her that they are lying as I would not have been so ticked off if Andrew told me that I can bring the car between 7 and 8 for them to have a look at the car - WHAT A LIE!!!!! her tone of voice was also different than the day before and she told me she cant now choose sides - not that I am expecting her to but I am the client complaining and at that stage it already sounded like she chose the dealers word over mine. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don' t know who at Audi will get to read this and yes I know this whole thing will go nowhere, so if I only achieve one thing from this complaint and that is that Audi get the right people to deal with their customers complaints and for other Audi users to be warned not to deal with the Glen branch as for me you have lost a HUGE Audi fan for ever.</p>
