Will never buy an Audi again due to terrible after sales service on broken down Audi A3 Sedan

We bought my wife a pre-owned 2014 Audi A3 Sedan 2.0 Tdi with 43 000 km from Audi Centre Rivonia in September 2016. What a fantastic car we thought until... Enter Saturday 26 November the car suddenly lost power and left me stranded in the middle of the road. There were no warning lights and the car just died, didn't want to start again. If find the events that followed dispicable:

1) It is almost a brand new car, how can it break down already? What if it happened in the middle of the night, how reliable will the car be going forward? ***?

2) Audi assist arranged to get the car to the nearest dealer where no courtesy was offered to get me back home and I had to bribe the friendly firstcar truck driver to go drop me off. ***?

3) No feedback was given from the dealership on finding the problem today, I had to phone in 3 times throughout the day to get a status update and apparently they can't find the fault? ***?

4) I am stranded without transport and have to beg, borrow and ***** to get to work to be able to earn an income and pay for the expensive, unreliable car that is now just basically a paper weight. ***? The least Audi can do is to offer their clients a courtesy vehicle while a vehicle that is under motor plan breaks down for no apparent reason.
