What an Amazing Consultant

I received a call from the Audi customer satisfaction line with regards to the service on my vehicle. I was not happy about the service however the lady i spoke to (Laverna Boggenpoel) was absolutely superb in every aspect of her call today. Nobody likes to hear that the service the dealership provided was poor, however, she made me feel comfortable about the review, even though it was terrible for Audi, and even took the time to discuss things with me outside of what was necessary. What can be done to make me feel better and ways to retain my business. The fact that Audi have taken a year to sort out a problem meant nothing after she was done, and she has made me smile.<br> <br> Thank you Laverna for being such a star, you made my day.
