Watch out for false advertising

We are currently buying a Toyota Etios from this dealer and the salesman we are dealing has given us false information about the sale. He the vehicle is R129 995 and delivery will be free. As soon as we paid the amount he told he had mentioned that licensing, valet and COR will cost R8400. Now the dealership is holding the vehicle until month because I cannot withdraw a lump sum of money twice in one month according to the type of account I have at the bank. Now because of an error made by their salesman I am without a vehicle but my money is with them which is totally unfair of dealership. They are very informal and keep using whattsapp instead of emails. I would not recommend them to anyone.
