Waiting for Refund Payment since 10th June 2015

Good day,<br> <br> I had purchased & collected my car on the 27th May 2015. My old vehicle was traded in as part of the purchase deal.<br> <br> Audi had not paid the full settlement to Standard Bank Finance within the settlement period, my account was debited the full installment on the 1st June on the trade in vehicle & as a result of the delay with Audi they had to then refund me the installment that went off.<br> <br> After numerous emails, follow ups with both the sales consultant & branch manager I am still waiting. This along with other issues gone wrong iro this sale is just shocking as one does not expect this kind of service when dealing with the Audi brand and in no way is this keeping with TCF.<br> <br> I am needless to say sorely disappointed!
