Vorsprung Durch Technik??? Definitely Not!

Hi

I have an Audi A3 and in the past 6 weeks I have had to tow my vehicle to Audi Durban for the same breakdown. I have had to pay close to R12000 to fix this same problem.
First I was requested to pay 7500, I paid it then a week and half later my car did the same thing. I just wouldn't start.

I had it towed again and I paid R3200 to have the same problem fixed, 2 days after I picked it up it broke down again. Same problem. It just wouldn't start, it kept cutting.

Now my car is at Audi Durban and they want me to pay R20 000 for the same problem they failed to fix 2 times in May and June. Repeat breakdown.

I am losing business and my job is on the line because of this inconvenience. I am sitting without a car and are unable to work because I refuse to pay for a repeat breakdown. 3 tow ins in 6 weeks. If it was a different breakdown I would understand but it keeps doing the same thing and refusing to start.

I started having these problems when I serviced at Audi Centre Durban. I have had breakdown after breakdown since August 2015.

I am so close to the settlement amount with these breakdowns and with this last one 3 same breakdowns in a space of 6 weeks.

Audi Durban is playing trial and error at my expense and it's not fair.

Case Management could not help and the Audi Durban Service Manager says it's not a repeat breakdown.

These cars are made to give warning when something is wrong but not this vehicle. Twice, at night I just stopped in the middle of the road as I was driving home. And the same thing keeps happening, it just cuts and won't start.
