VERY Unhappy Client

Two years ago we bought a brand new car from Audi N1 City trusting it was everything we wanted with no problems.<br> It all went down hill when we started hearing a noise coming from the front passenger wheel. We sent it to Audi N1 City and was returned with the noise. It was send 4 times to Audi N1 City. The last time which was in August 2015 that it went to be checked the wheels was ROTATED!!!! nothing else. They never contacted me to let me know the vehicle was completed I had to keep calling them. I ended up calling Audi SA without any help from them either (They are useless). The after sales is pathetic and disgraceful!! They had to provide me with a nut spanner and once again TWO WEEKS later I'm the one calling to find out when am I receiving it. They are always on leave and passing the buck. I have a sour taste in my mouth that makes me think of a lemon deal was given to me.<br> <br> I am going to sell this vehicle as soon as possible and rather get me a car that gives me services - BMW.<br> <br> David Victor
