Very Bad service and Lying

This have been going on since July 2012 when I bought a car from a sales person called Alpheius Mothibe. He convinced me to take a car without spare key, service book and car information manual. He claimed since I bought a DEMO car they still needed to order them and they were taking too long and as soon as they received them they will send their driver to deliver them to where I was. I believed what he said and collected the car. A week passed, I called he still sounded genuine and said they have not yet received them, months, years same story.<br> <br> I called him beginning of each year, same story. I even had an incident where I accidentally locked my key inside the car. I had to call Audi Assist.<br> <br> This is really depressing as these people send you cars and after that give you awful experience where you even regret buying a car from their dealership.<br> <br> I even contacted them and I was contacted by Dumisani Mthombothi via email who asked me to tell him what happened. I had to start the story from the beginning, he did not assist and referred me to somebody else who also asked the same question and I had to explain again.<br> <br> All I need is my spare key and other things I never received.
