Very bad

<p>I bought a 2012 Ford Focus ST from this dealership Audi Centre Northcliff in November 2016 and still today issues with them. The Ford had problems and I took it back for it to be fixed . The car was standing for more than a week by Ford Northcliff and they fixed some of the problems. I got the car back and the issues on the suspension was not fixed. When I wanted to return the car the factory warranty has now lapsed. I had to fix the outstanding problems by myself with no help from this dealership. Today I took the car to Ford in Randfontein due to a fault on the turbo and find out that my extended warranty is not active. I had to phone around and still now waiting for feedback from this dealership. Again my car standing and I am not sure how this will turn out. Very bad to have to pay for this type of service. My finance provider MFC up to now after several e-mail to them has also failed to assist me. I will not use MFC again for any finance. </p>
