USING NON-EXISTENT EXTRAS TO INFLATE CAR PRICE

Around the 30th of May 2014 I entered into an agreement with Audi for a purchase of an Audi A4, 1.8T, 2014 model. The cash price for the car was R360 144.24 (VAT Inclusive). The sales man (Rocky is if I remember correctly) informed me that the car I was trading in (Chevrolet Cruze) had a significantly low value, therefore for the deal to go through some adjustments would have to be done in order to settle it. Audi did this by adding non-existent extras to the value of R138 677.20 to the purchase price. There are no extras to this value in my car and Audi did this just so they can get the deal to got through. On my side, I was naive to accept such a despicable transaction. I believe Audi were irresponsible and dishonest, and their actions were informed by profit and not the interest of the consumer. Now I find myself owing over R430000 on a car whose market value is now less than R250000. The actions by Audi, in my view, were ********* and immoral.
