Untrue information supp**** prior to signing OTP

A few months ago I went to Audi Pinetown with a view to purchasing an Audi Q7.<br> I was shown an example of the vehicle and allowed a test drive. <br> I was given much information about the vehicle, including that the active pneumatic suspension I wanted would only be available on special order incurring a three month delay.<br> I agreed to purchase a vehicle without the special suspension, on the strength of what I had been told and paid a R10,000.00 deposit.<br> The very next day I dropped into Audi Centre in Durban to find two cars with active suspension on the floor.<br> I immediately cancelled the transaction but the company will not refund my deposit.<br>
