unhappy customer/dissapointed

I have been experiencing a squeaky noise for nearly three years on an Audi A5 S line 2021. The vehicle, which was purchased brand new, produces a noticeable squeaky noise when reversing and applying the brakes lightly. Despite multiple visits to various Audi dealerships, the issue remains unresolved.

Each time I raised this concern, I was told to take the vehicle to the car wash or garage to blow out the built up dust. However, it is extremely disappointing that only now, after almost three years, I am being told it is normal for the car to do that. Given the premium nature of Audi vehicles, such an issue should not be dismissed as standard, nor should a customer be expected to accept a persistent noise that undermines the driving experience.

I am now requesting that someone at Audi Head Office take accountability and ensure that this matter is properly investigated and resolved. This is not the first time I have raised this concern.

Based on my experience with the car, I would not recommend Audi to anyone, despite the poor service from the head office in not wanting to resolve this issue. All they do is redirect you to the dealer and express their apologies.
