Unacceptable service

I have a Audi with 20000km on. The steering wheel squeaks when turned left and right. After struggling for two weeks to get the car in to be checked out at Audi Northcliff, I was told that they cant fix it but the squeaking will go away over time. In my opinion this is an unacceptable response.

I have been dreaming of having an Audi my whole life and I have enjoyed every moment in this car. But for the past two months every day was a frustration. If I do not receive a solution on how to sort out the squeaking, this will be the end of this.
