Unacceptable Experience with Audi Paarl

The after-sales service of Audi, and in particular NTT Audi South Africa in Paarl is absolutely unacceptable. My vehicle has been with Audi Paarl for five days, and I have not received a single update or phone call regarding its progress.

After three days, I had to contact them myself and mentioned that I understood they might be too busy to assist me, and that I would look for an alternative. I was assured that this was not the case and that they would get back to me. However, since then, I have heard nothing.

When I called again this morning and explained my frustrations to the receptionist, no senior staff member was available to assist me. When I asked to be transferred to the service department again, no one answered. This level of service is extremely disappointing and far below what one would expect from a brand like Audi.
