Unacceptable delays in sourcing spare parts

My new Q5 got damaged in transport by VDS, it has taken Audi more than a month to source the parts, this is simply unacceptable and they tell me it will be another ten days. It will have been six weeks by the time all the parts arrive!!!

Do not buy an Audi as the delays in getting spare parts and the inconvenience are not worth it. It should be mandatory to disclose this before you buy the car, If they had told me this in advance there is no ways that I would have bought an Audi and this will certainly be my last one,
